Damage Policy
Please email Customer Care with photos of damage including pictures of
shipping packaging item was received in, name and order number to
T2MCustomercare@Gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of item. We will reship
damaged item if a replacement is available or credit your account only if the
above criteria is met. If damage cannot be validated with the photos including the
shipping container, in these cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping
company to receive a refund.
